I am not yet 25 years old, I do not live near the front line, but everything that is happening has managed to disrupt my usual way of life. Since the beginning of this year, pressure on the personal lives of Russian citizens has begun to increase, and judging by the public reaction, the authorities have found a way to multiply the number of kitchen oppositionists fivefold. I don't know if I will manage to leave the country, or if I will do it at all. Therefore, I want to explain why a kopeck for "Meduza" is help not only to them, but also to everyone inside Russia who disagrees with the current opinion of the authorities. The thing is, opposition-minded Russians have long since fallen into apathy due to the scale of the repressions. There's no point in fighting – you'll simply be crushed. All that's left is to read the news, and of course, seeing how they're pulling the wool over your eyes and, excuse me, treating you like an idiot (and I cannot describe it otherwise) is very unwelcome. And "Meduza" is one of the few that reports on what is happening in the world objectively and without bias. They report it as it is. This is precisely what makes it valuable to all of us. Please, toss them a kopeck. I think that doing this from abroad is no trouble. If you have tossed it in – thank you. You have helped not only "Meduza," you have helped everyone who is forced to live in the country during this difficult time.
