Let's be honest, Meduza is the only place where one can read news, journalistic analyses and investigations about Russia. There's simply no other text publication that one could rely on for credibility. Yes, sometimes the guys at Meduza go too far — and might blurt out something imperialistic, especially concerning national republics. But I am very glad that lately I haven't noticed such slips — and this means that the editorial team still hears the readers and sees us. I am very afraid to donate, because I often come to Russia for work and to visit family and every time crossing the border is a terrible stress for me. And I really hope that there are many people who can afford to make a donation and support Meduza's wonderful editorial team, so that they continue to cover events (good and the most terrible ones), make analyses, talk about interesting books and films — and make mistakes, for which they will apologize and change their editorial policy.
