Against the backdrop of sanctions, restrictions, and problems with access to modern drugs and technologies, treatment has become much more difficult than it could have been. Therefore, when I read about the consequences of the war, sanctions, the destruction of ties with other countries, and the pressure on people, I do not perceive it as an abstract political discussion.
